John Cowley has joined Singularity in the role of finance director. A law graduate and chartered accountant, Cowley has held senior finance leadership roles in private growth-stage companies, publicly quoted enterprises and government institutions focused on economic development. Previously, he worked with CITB, Medisys, Schlumberger and a UK Government Corporate Finance body. He serves as a non-executive director on the Audit Committee of the Special European Union Programmes Body.
