Smart Telecom recently appointed John Quinn as regulatory & development director. In his new role, Quinn will have overall responsibility for all regulatory affairs, including dealing with industry and Comreg on all aspects of regulation in the market. He will be responsible for all product development and positioning in the market. Quinn previously held the positions of head of business management with Eircom, head of strategy with Digiweb and ICT specialist with NTL Ireland. He has also previously sat on the board of the Irish Neutral Internet Exchange (INEX). Quinn is an IT graduate of DCU and studied business law at the National College of Ireland.
