Avaya Ireland has appointed John Sharpe to an EMEA sales leadership role in the Avaya global deals group. For the past four years, Sharpe was Avaya Ireland’s country manager. Sharpe has over 18 years of telecommunications experience and has previously held management and sales roles at key telecoms companies including MCI Worldcom, Sprint International, Cable and Wireless, GPT Communications, and Transtel Communications.
