Ken Ryan, Qualcom Systems

Qualcom Systems has appointed Ken Ryan as customer service director. He will lead and develop teams of high-calibre service engineers to enable Qualcom to retain its position as one of Ireland’s most responsive ICT services companies. He will also be responsible for developing a host of flexible new service offerings. Ryan has worked with large multinationals such as Cable & Wireless where he was customer service director and indigenous companies including Lake Communications and Topology where he was responsible for mission-critical technical support and field operations teams. He has a diploma in electronics and telecommunications and he is also a chartered engineer.
