Smart Telecom Ltd is delighted to announce the appointment of Liam Duggan as sales & marketing director. In his new role, Duggan will have overall responsibility for corporate, residential and SME sales for Smart Telecom. An experienced and highly successful telecommunications industry veteran, Duggan brings an in-depth knowledge of the Irish B2B market to Smart Telecom. Additionally, he has substantial experience of the triple play market of television, voice and broadband. Duggan previously held the position of business services director with UPC Ireland. He spent almost nine years with UPC/NTL establishing and building its business telecommunication operation. Prior to that he ran BT’s operation in Ireland following a three-year spell with Cable and Wireless. Duggan also has significant international experience gained over an eight-year period spent in both Europe and the Middle East. He is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin.
