eTrip Services Ireland, a secure automated collection services company, has appointed Lucia Newton as customer service agent and web content controller. She will be responsible for all aspects of customer care including handling account queries and processing new account applications, as well as web administration. Newton has extensive experience in the service industry and has worked for a range of companies in the UK and Ireland including, Standard Chartered Bank, Banco Real S.A. and Techstore. She has also freelanced in the hospitality and web presence sectors. Prior to joining eTrip Services, Newton worked on developing a web project for one of Ireland’s Gaeltacht regions.
