IT management and support company IT Force has appointed Mark Skelton SME technical solutions manager. As technical leader, Skelton is responsible for the delivery of support solutions to the company’s Managed Support Services (MSS) client base. He is also in charge of the development of technical solutions for the MSS base and helping to develop IT Force’s evolving MSS strategy. Skelton has been employed with IT Force for the past five years.
