Silicon Valley-based provider of revenue performance management (RPM) solutions Marketo said today it was taking on support engineers and adding infrastructure to its newly established European headquarters in Dublin.
Marketo has appointed Damien Barry to lead the support team in Dublin. Most recently at Salesforce.com, Barry brings more than 15 years of experience in support roles, working with some of the largest businesses in the world.
The company is implementing a state-of-the-art call routing system to globalise the management of incoming support calls. By adding a local support team in Dublin, Marketo will be able to provide true “follow the sun” support.
