Calyx Group recently appointed Nick Williams as chief financial officer. In this senior management role, Williams takes responsibility for the financial management of the group as a whole and will provide leadership and expertise to each of Calyx’s nine division. With extensive experience in the development of high-growth businesses within both publicly quoted and private equity companies, Williams will provide real added value to the Calyx management team as it moves forward into the next stage of the company’s development. A qualified chartered accountant from KPMG, Williams was most recently CFO of Singapore-based lens manufacturer Clearlab International. Prior to that he worked with flow control group Truflo International and has also held a number of senior finance roles with Biocompatibles International.
