Paul Whelan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of O2 ireland, joining the company from GE Capital Woodchester Limited, where he most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, Paul held a number of other senior finance roles within the General Electric Company. He holds a Batchelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Professional Accounting from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
