Rosemary Walsh has been appointed applications developer at Optimum Software with responsibility for the development of new applications and the support of existing ones. Prior to taking up this position, Rosemary was applications developer at KAO Infosystems. She holds a BA Hons in Geography & Greek & Roman Civilisation from University College Dublin and a City & Guilds Certificate in application programming.
