Paul Mallon, BT Ireland

BT Ireland recently announced the appointment of Paul Mallon as practice principal, corporate & government solutions, BT Ireland. Mallon joined BT Ireland from Steria Limited where he held the position of CRM practice manager for UK & Ireland. He is responsible for leading BT contact centre solutions in the marketplace within BT’s corporate & government solutions organisation across Ireland. Focusing on client relations and solutions, part of his remit is to define business requirements and also strategy, management and creation of repeatable contact centre & CRM offers for public and private sector customers. Mallon has held senior CRM management positions within Lagan Technologies and BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting), Australia. He has also worked in management roles for Graham Technology, Cap Gemini & Compaq. An architecture graduate from Queen’s University, Belfast, Mallon also studied computer science with information systems at University of Glasgow. He currently sits on the business advisory board for University of Praha (Prague).
