Richard Glavin has been promoted to managing director of Calyx Training. He joined the company in 1999 as sales executive in Workstations Training (now Calyx Training). In 2003 he moved to Calyx Data as sales manager with responsibility for managing existing large corporate accounts and delivering new business. He has been a member of the senior management team and assisted with the merging of the voice and data businesses.
