Rob Cave, CFM Capital

CFM Capital, the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) arm of Mazars, has appointed Rob Cave as director of corporate finance. Cave has over 15 years’ experience in international corporate development, corporate finance and senior management across all phases of the SME growth lifecycle. Prior to his appointment to CFM Capital, Cave was head of corporate development with eTel Group Ireland where he was responsible for all European M&A activity and fundraising. Prior to his time at eTel, Cave was managing director of Interglobe. He has a degree in economics and accounting and an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management. Within CFM Capital Cave will focus on all aspects of M&A processes at both a national and international level.
