Lan Communications has appointed Shane Grennan as senior technical consultant. His primary responsibilities will involve assisting large enterprise customers in the design and deployment of converged network infrastructures to carry voice, video and data securely. A Nortel-certified design engineer, Grennan will work closely with industry-leading hardware and software vendors to deliver fully integrated, secure communications solutions to corporate, government and business markets. Prior to this, Grennan spent over five years with Nortel in a variety of pre-sales consultancy roles serving markets in Ireland, the UK and the Asia Pacific Rim.
