Clearwire Ireland, a provider of next-generation wireless internet services, has appointed Troy Cox customer care manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for continuing to enhance and implement Clearwire’s core customer care programme aimed at delivering the best customer experience in the industry. With over 10 years senior management experience in the telecommunications sector, Cox previously served as operations delivery manager for Cpl Managed Services where he was responsible for managing the Bank of Ireland IT helpdesk on behalf of Hewlett-Packard. Prior to this he spent eight years with Orion Telecommunications in a number of senior positions in the UK, Ireland and Australia.
