Leaving Certificate students in Ireland receiving their exam results and who are need of advice, information or support will be able to avail of the Exam Helpline 2014 beginning tomorrow.
Provided by the National Parents’ Council Post Primary (NPCpp), the Freephone helpline at 1800 265 165 will open at 10am.
Experienced guidance counsellors will be on hand to also take calls from parents and teachers seeking information on what choices are available to students.

Wednesday, 13 August: 10am-7pm
Thursday, 14 August: 10am-7pm
Friday, 15 August: 10am-1pm
Monday, 18 August: 8am-7pm
Tuesday, 19 August: 8am-7pm
Wednesday, 20 August: 8am-1pm
All queries, be they about third-level courses, the points system, rechecks, repeats, CAO procedures, apprenticeships or further training options, will be dealt with confidentially.
The helpline will be open for six days. The team will answer exam result queries from 13-15 August, and CAO first round queries from 18-20 August.
