Irish ad network Adforce has announced it has expanded after extended growth in mobile advertising in recent months.

Adforce unveiled seven new additions to its network, which will include mobile websites and apps for RTE Radio and Communicorp, as well as a selection of Northern Irish mobile applications.

Advertising across multiple platforms has now become a norm – recently launched Android and iPad app for Today FM and Newstalk are prime examples.

Essential go-to medium

“Mobile is now an essential go-to medium for advertisers. We’re seeing more and more big brand names embrace the mobile medium. This month alone over 20 campaigns are running on our network from brands such as Heineken, 3 Mobile, Guinness, Bord Gais, Paddy Power and UCD,” said Kevin Foley of Adforce.

“Adforce’s expanded network offers a highly effective means to reach thousands of mobile users across different platforms, including the increasingly popular Android. We are in a very unique position to deliver effective campaigns that exceed our advertisers’ goals and deliver a very strong return on investment for their clients,” he added.

Adforce, Ireland’s only multi-platform advertising network, is a division of Digital Reach Group (DRG), an Irish-owned business geared towards the mobile internet economy.
