Games retailer GameStop has begun selling mobile phone and mobile broadband packages from 3 Ireland in all 50 stores around Ireland.

Signing a deal with 3 Ireland, GameStop will now offer customers both 3Pay mobile broadband and 3Pay mobile handsets in addition to its current offering of games, DVDs, consoles, peripherals and gaming accessories.

Aside from offering 3 Ireland products and services for sale GameStop is also offering trade-in deals for consumers so they can being in their old mobile phones in order to save €20 off all 3 prepay phones including the Acton (€79 with trade-in), Nokia 2730 (€49 with trade-in), Nokia 5230 (€79 with trade-in) and INQ Mini (€29.99 with trade-in).

"We’re delighted to tie up with GameStop to bring our innovative 3Pay products to even more Irish consumers nationwide," said Elaine Carey, sales and marketing director for 3.
