More than 30 Irish telecoms and wireless companies will participate in next week’s CTIA Wireless 2011 in Orlando, Florida – the biggest showing from Irish companies yet at what is one of the world’s largest communications events.

“Ireland will have its strongest showing ever at CTIA in 2011. It just goes to show that even with current economic challenges, Irish tech companies are growing and succeeding in the global marketplace,” said David Smith, senior vice-president (telecoms), Enterprise Ireland.

“There are many opportunities for Irish telecoms and wireless companies in the US. At CTIA, Enterprise Ireland will have the chance to introduce these companies to key players who can help drive their businesses forward.”
