Software engineering player Comtrade takes aim at Ireland’s €12.6bn medtech market.
Comtrade has received ISO certification as a developer of medical software solutions, which paves the way for the company to target 25pc growth year-on-year between 2016 and 2020 in Ireland.

For example, Comtrade’s Irish team of engineers are currently developing software that will benefit advanced wearables and in vitro diagnostics (two of the fastest-growing subsectors in Ireland’s medical device industry), as well as laparoscopic surgery and pacemaker technology.
