Damovo Ireland, the enterprise ICT solutions and service provider, has announced it has achieved the highest level of accreditation from global enterprise communication provider Aastra.

According to Aastra, Damovo’s proven technical expertise and capabilities in enterprise IP communications convinced it to award Damovo its first and only platinum partnership in Ireland, which gives Damovo exclusive 24×7 third and fourth-level support from Aastra – a service unavailable to any other Aastra partners in Ireland.

The right solutions for clients

“We are delighted to have been awarded platinum enterprise partner status by Aastra. Damovo invests considerable time and effort in working with leading vendors, such as Aastra, to ensure we can deliver the right solutions for our clients. This platinum partnership, combined with our absolute competence in IP and unified communications technology, will help us to offer unrivalled levels of proactive support and customer service to Aastra clients in the Irish market," said Mary Bradshaw, managing director of Damovo Ireland.

Alan Reeve, managing director of Aastra UK and Ireland, added: “Aastra has awarded this partnership to Damovo Ireland due to its strong technical expertise, solution design, deployment, management and support capabilities. This is why we are pleased to acknowledge Damovo with the highest level of partner accreditation for sales and service of Aastra’s enterprise portfolio in Ireland.”

Aastra recently launched its new partner programme to recognise the performance and commitment of its channel partners worldwide. Damovo’s Irish business has a strong existing relationship with Aastra and together they support a significant number of private and public-sector clients in Ireland.
