Enclave Technologies has acquired Irish business intelligence firm Newmarket Solutions for an undisclosed sum after months of business collaboration between the two companies.
The company will operate from offices in Dublin and will bring the number of employees to 14.

Shared philosophy
Hennessy has built Enclave Technologies into one of Ireland’s leading technology solutions providers and he will be joined on the board of directors by Gavin Elliffe of Newmarket to provide a shared philosophy of unrivalled customer service.

Enclave will now combine the company’s networking and solutions expertise with the business software and business intelligence skills of Newmarket.
