Home interiors retailer Harry Corry has launched a new e-commerce website to help the brand reach new markets as part of the company’s investment of more than £10,000 in digital marketing technology.

The new site was built to meet the growing number of shoppers seeking an online destination for home interiors products, and despite only launching in November, the website has already contributed 2pc to Harry Corry’s overall sales for 2013 to date.

The new website, which was built for Harry Corry by Belfast firm The Web Bureau, is part of a wider digital marketing campaign for Harry Corry, which also includes social media marketing, search engine optimisation and content marketing.

“We recognised the need for an online shopping option after conducting research to understand the changing buying patterns of Irish consumers, where we found a growing demand for an online home interiors offering,” said marketing manager Mark Corry.

“The website has performed very well so far and we’re planning to grow our offering further in the coming months, which will lead to the creation of several new jobs at our Derriaghy headquarters in Northern Ireland.

“Functionality and ease of use are two key elements we’ve developed with the new site, making it the perfect online destination for customers who are looking for the latest interior products for their homes,” Corry said.
