DIT, DCU, NUI Maynooth listed among top 100 colleges under 50 globally

Universities NUI Maynooth and Dublin City University (DCU), as well as Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), have been listed in The Times Higher Education ranking of top 100 universities under 50 years of age.

The rankings serve to highlight the growing elite of colleges and universities established in the last 50 years.

NUI Maynooth has been ranked 67th, DCU comes in 92nd place, and DIT falls in at 94th place.

They achieved an overall score of 35.8, 30.7 and 30.5, respectively.

First place on the rankings went to Pohang University of Science and Technology (Postech) in Korea. Second place went to École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland.

Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology came in third place.
