2,300 GAA clubs to deploy Yendo accounts software

Irish software development firm Yendo has been appointed as official GAA accounting software provider. The contract is being rolled out to more than 2,300 GAA clubs in Ireland and abroad.

Yendo was founded in 2010 and is now used by more than 25,000 businesses in 40 countries. The accounting software, developed in Ireland, is cloud based and requires no set up or installation.

Yendo will run on almost any internet-enabled device, including iPhone and iPad together with Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone.

Irish-owned Yendo has customised its accounting software to meet the specific needs of GAA clubs. The customisation process includes GAA-branded invoice templates, GAA specific reporting and the ability to manage multiple business activities, such as shops or bars.

“Yendo is growing fast, offering a competitive and Irish-developed accounting software solution,” Yendo’s managing director Morgan Lynch explained.

“This is an exciting opportunity for us to expand in the Irish non-profit sector. We look forward to working with the GAA to bring our software to clubs nationwide,” Lynch said.
