Avnet Client Solutions has forged an exclusive partnership deal with AlarmPoint Systems to allow delivery of alert management and mobile service management capabilities into the market here.
Avnet Client Solutions is a well-known specialist in providing IT service management and infrastructures solutions from leading vendors, including BMC Software.
AlarmPoint Systems, a US-based company, automates the process of delivering targeted information to people who can best resolve the issue, eliminating inefficient mass notification as well as manual assignment and escalation processes.
Getting the relevant information to them on time is critical in order to avoid interruption to the business. The partnership will combine the strengths of Avnet and AlarmPoint Systems, helping customers hasten decision making, improve operational effectiveness and increase visibility throughout the enterprise.
