Critical information such as alerts on incidents as they occur with filterable view of tickets with search functionality allowing drill down to ticket details and the ability to create new service tickets.

The security section within Edge/point mobile provides essential visibility of the security status of all devices on the network.

Managed services model is changing

“As the model changes for both the distribution and consumption of technology, we at Trilogy are helping to affect this change,” explains Neil Stone-Wigg, chief technology officer, Trilogy Technologies.

“By providing our solution through our new ‘edge/point mobile’ we are improving the flexibility on how a company retains control and visibility over their technology platform.

“Edge/point mobile builds on the commitment to provide customers with the tools to manage and review information relating to their infrastructure in a way that best suits their needs, now and into the future.”
