A new corporate travel website has been launched in Ireland, flytowork.ie. The new site is run by Travel Management Solutions, a subsidiary of the Atlas Travel Group. Its owners claim it will save business travellers up to 35pc on business flights.
The new site is based on the internet booking engine technology from Datalex. The new venture follows on from the leisure travel portal GoHop.ie, previously launched by Atlas Travel.
While comparative shopping around for flights is the core business for flights, the site does contain a number of features suited to corporate travel, such as car rental, hotel bookings and an itinerary planner. Some 505 airlines are represented on the site, along with 40,000 hotels and 50 car rental firms. Members of the site will also gain access to a Travel Manager facility, which can organise personal travel, save planned itineraries and past bookings for up to 250 travellers.
“As part of the Atlas Travel Group, flytowork.ie is the culmination of the group’s longstanding experience and proven track record in corporate travel management. Flytowork.ie has been developed using the most advanced travel technology provided by Datalex,” said Brian Dent, managing director at Travel Management Solutions.
