Business communications player Damovo is launching a new IT and comms managed service called ‘Perform’ that helps businesses reduce telecoms spend.
Damovo has extended its Network Operations Centre (NOC) at its Dublin head office to house the new management platforms and facilitate the growing customer demand for managed services. Up to 30 experienced engineers will deliver the new service.
The NOC will operate 24 hours a day all year, and fixes and updates can be made remotely via a secure VPN.
“Damovo ‘Perform’ has been developed to ensure companies are maximising the performance of every single element of their IT and communications infrastructures, while keeping costs down,” explained John McCabe, managing director, Damovo Ireland.
