Mamut will include Microsoft Office 365 as a business solution for its customers across Europe, including those within Ireland.
Microsoft Office 365 lets users work from anywhere, while collaborating with others in and outside their company securely. It works with most browsers, smartphones and desktop applications which supports ActiveSync.
It’s a subscription-based service, fusing cloud-based syncing and collaboration to businesses globally. The service brings Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Lync Online into the cloud.
Mamut is one of Microsoft Office 365’s global launch partners and will include Microsoft 365 as part of their upcoming version of Mamut One.
“Today’s announcement of Microsoft Office 365 will change the hosting and software industry as customers will be offered richer solutions at a better price point and will provide small businesses access to premium services,” said Eilert Hanoa, CEO of Mamut.
“Mamut has been working closely with Microsoft over the past year to integrate with Microsoft Office 365 in order to increase customer value and reduce operational cost and infrastructure investment needs.
“We look forward to including Microsoft Office 365 in the upcoming version of Mamut One and our hosting solutions,” said Hanoa.
Mamut One will also have new cloud features built onto Windows Azure in addition to Office 365.
