Waterford-based Hosting Ireland has launched a cloud-based website builder targeted at helping businesses that want to develop an online presence for e-commerce or to market their products and services.

Hosting Ireland, which provides domain name registrations, has developed the website builder for those who want to get creative and design their own online presence.

“More and more people want to get a business idea off the ground, or refresh a tired-looking website and budget is a constraint,” said Jonathan Bate, managing director at Hosting Ireland.

Chief technology officer Will Harrison said the company decided to leverage its cloud platform to deliver a website builder that’s easy to use.

The website builder package includes templates, up to 3,000 professional images, social media integration, CSS editing, analytics and mobile pages.

Hosting Ireland is offering people a free trial so they can build their own website before they commit to buying a package deal.
