With the rise of mobile devices comes the rise of multi-screen content consumption. How often are people sitting down to watch TV with their smartphones in hand? How has the very concept of ‘TV’ changed with the increasing popularity of on-demand streaming media? This infographic from Uberflip takes a look.

Citing statistics and research from Google, IAB, Nielsen, eConsultancy and ComScore, the infographic below not only explores how many people are using mobile devices, but also how they are using them in relation to other devices, either sequentially or simultaneously.

Focusing on the US market, the infographic considers what this multi-screen consumption means for marketers in terms of engaging with and reaching out to their target audiences.
