Online travel agent ebookers.ie has launched an iPad app called ebookers Explorer, which pulls socially-generated information on a holiday destination into a magazine format.

The app, developed with digital agency Fortune Cookie, focuses on pulling this content from the web into the specific location the user searches.

Content includes photos, videos, tweets, blog posts and hotel information from the ebookers website.

It keeps pulling in fresh content from the web for access to the latest information and users can share this content on Facebook and Twitter.
