14 May 2012

With 25 days to go until the Euro 2012 football championships in Poland and Ukraine, Dutch company STEVE. Worldwide has tapped into football fever by creating an iPad app called FieldKings to collate information on the 16 competing teams, as well as referees and players.

The app is now available on the App Store to download for €1.59.

Its creators said FieldKings captures all the latest international football news powered by Google, the most recent photos powered by Bing, football videos from YouTube, plus access to tweets about teams.

The Utrecht-based company said people will also have the facility to create a digital album of their favourite players and follow them throughout the tournament.
