Logitech will launch the UE Air Speaker, which allows users to stream uncompressed music from iTunes or an iOS device with AirPlay through the speaker.

The Logitech UE Air speaker includes dual tweeters and woofers aiming to boost its audio quality.

Users can dock their iOS device and download the Logitech UE Air app to set up the system. Once this is done, users can instantly connect their iPad, iPod touch, iPhone or Mac or PC with iTunes wirelessly with the speaker thanks to Apple’s AirPlay media streaming technology.

The speaker’s streaming service works with iPhone 3GS models and higher, second-generation iPod touch devices and higher, all iPad models with iOS 4.2 or later and any computer with iTunes 10.1 installed.

There is also a 3.5mm auxiliary input for other music players, tablets and smartphones.

The Logitech UE Air Speaker will arrive in Europe from April for €349.99.
