Microsoft’s LifeCam Studio is now available in Ireland, offering full HD (1,080p) video-capturing capabilities.

It’s Microsoft’s first 1,080p resolution webcam and the device lets in more light to improve video quality in numerous types of locations.

The camera can rotate by 360 degrees and is designed with an elongated hood to protect the lens from catching stray light.

The webcam features HD video calling in 16:9 widescreen, offering more detail when making video calls to others.

The LifeCam Studio is out now, costing €99.99.
