Toshiba Satellite U200
What is it? Ultraportable PC
Price: TBC

It may be small but Toshiba’s new Satellite U200 is protected against damage with shock absorption features, hard disk protection and a motion monitoring designed to reduce the risk of hard disk drive damage and data loss due to excessive vibration or being dropped.
A choice of processors is available for the ultraportable – Intel Core Duo or Core Solo CPU. The laptop has a range of connectivity options including wired and wireless LAN, modem and Bluetooth.
The widescreen WXGA TFT display measures 12.1 inches and the computer also comes with surround sound capability. The U200’s integrated microphone, stereo speakers and audio-out feature also make it suitable for VoIP calls. A biometric fingerprint reader provides one-touch fingerprint password authentication for all system passwords.

Sony Ceramic White PSP
What is it? Portable games console
Price: €254.99

Sony has released a white version of its PSP portable games console. With the clean look of the ‘Ceramic White’ device, Sony hopes to capture the fashion-conscious gamer. The device is available as part of a Value Pack version and will come with white accessories, including headphones with remote control, a wrist strap, pouch and a 32MB Memory Stick Duo.
In addition to playing games, the PSP can also play movies and music, with content downloads available online at www.yourpsp.com. Since the console was launched last year the original black PSP has sold close to four million units, according to Sony.

HP LaserJet 2605
What is it? Colour printer
Price: €399

HP’s new Color LaserJet 2605 printer series is designed for small work teams and home office users.
