Samsung Galaxy Tab features revealed

A video from Korea has been uploaded, demonstrating the capabilities of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab.

The device is smaller than the iPad but about twice the size of an iPhone.

It runs on Android 2.2, has a 16:10 screen ratio and a front facing camera for video calling.

It also allows for SDHC memory expandability, and includes an DMB tuner and 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity,

The video shows off its user interface and its internet browsing abilities.

The iPad has had a head start in the emerging tablet market and is certainly reaping the benefits. Can this device give Apple’s multimedia powerhouse a run for its money?

The Samsung Galaxy Tab will be officially unveiled at the IFA in Berlin on 2 September.
