The Start 60: TomTom’s largest navigation display

9 May 2012

TomTom has launched an extra-large 6-inch screen on the new Start 60, for even easier navigation while driving.

Today sees the release of the TomTom Start 60, which features the biggest screen of all TomTom’s portable navigation devices. The extra-large 6-inch screen means more room for big buttons and menus, ensuring that interaction is easy and instructions are clear.

Like the recently launched Via 130 and Via 135, the Start 60 will offer free daily map changes on TomTom’s Map Share community for life. This network of 21m people keeps drivers up to date with frequent road changes, such as new speed limits and blocked roads.

The Start 60 also comes with TomTom’s new dual-mounting system, which allows you to select whether to place the device on your windscreen or your dashboard.

Well-known features, such as advanced lane guidance, improved IQ Routes, spoken street names, parking assist and the ability to save frequent destinations, are all included, and the Start 60 will be in stores soon.
