20 tech jobs for Tralee-based Aspen Grove

31 Aug 2010

Tralee-based real estate owned (REO) and property management system provider Aspen Grove has announced the creation of 20 new high-end technical positions within its development and networking teams by the end of October 2010.

The company, which develops web-based applications to help real estate agents and property portfolio owners – including banks, investors, hedge funds and credit unions – manage their properties, said the graduate-level positions were being created due to the continued expansion of the business.

CEO Sean Ryan said the company, which employs 45 people, is unique in today’s environment in that it is growing both its business and its client base. “Our expansion plans for the next five years are significant,” he said. “Recent contracts mean that every month our solutions manage the sale of properties to the tune of €1bn and over €10bn of property valuations. These numbers are growing and to help with our growth we are now seeking to expand our great team.

“This is our second major expansion this year and we are seeking to fill technical positions in many areas.” The roles on offer include project managers, software developers, database administrators, designers and report writers.

Aspen Grove is actively supported in its growth and expansion plans by Enterprise Ireland. “Aspen is a good example of an innovative technology company which has identified a niche global market and created a thriving business here in Kerry with ambitious expansion plans,” said Jerry Moloney, Enterprise Ireland regional director.

The company is holding a recruitment open day on Saturday, 11 September, in Tralee. The current vacancies are listed on Aspen Grove’s website.
