10 Feb 2015

A new partnership between Cork call centre player Voxpro and US skincare and nuitrition company It Works! Will result in 43 new jobs for the city.

It Works! is transferring 43 European support centre roles to Cork.

Headquartered in Florida, It Works! is one of the fastest growing skincare and nutrition companies in the US.

The company says it plans to rapidly scale its operations in Cork.

“We are totally committed to providing a world-class support service to all of our customers,” said the international president of Marketing at It Works! Janne Heimonen.

“This is why we have chosen Voxpro to work with us in setting up our customer service centre here in Ireland.

“With clients such as Airbnb, Google, Nest and TravelZoo, and home-grown success stories like Pinergy, the Voxpro team, with offices in Cork, Dublin and San Francisco, is uniquely equipped to connect immediately with It Works! international customers,” she said.

Business process outsourcer (BPO) Voxpro last year announced plans to create 350 new jobs in Cork to support its international growth strategy, growing its workforce to 850 by the end of 2014.
