50 new jobs in Dublin at Irish online insurance site

7 Dec 2015

Insuremyhouse is expanding its Irish operation, moving to a new site in Terenure and aiming to triple its workforce over the next three years.

To get that tripling in motion, Insuremyhouse  is looking to fill 50 positions in support roles – sales, advisory and administration – immediately.

Insuremyhouse.ie’s current premises is in Ballsbridge, home to other brands under the same umbrella (insuremyvan.ie, coverinaclick.ie, insuremyshop.ie, and lifebroker.ie), with the new Terenure office to be located where the Irish Daily Star used to sit.

“Since we first launched Insuremyhouse.ie in January 2010, we have […] grown our staff numbers from three in 2009 to 55 in 2015 – in the past six months alone, we have taken on 16 new recruits,” says Jonathan Hehir, MD of the company.

More jobs in Dublin

“However, I believe the next 12-24 [months] will be a period of even more rapid expansion – beginning with the 50 positions we plan to fill by this time next year.

“We need a bigger base to facilitate the growth we have planned for the next two or three years. We will continue to have a presence in Ballsbridge. We have ambitious plans for the business and our three-year plan would be to add at least two more brands to our business.

“Our workforce is a mix of both highly experienced and recently graduated employees – we have a cohesive team with a great attitude towards work. We are looking forward to growing this great team even further.”
