In our employer insights series, Ashling Quaile, HR director at Accenture Ireland, tells us about the types of candidates the company is trying to hire and how they can stand out from the crowd.

Accenture is a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, with offices and operations in more than 200 cities worldwide.

Accenture Ireland employs more than 1,600 people across various areas, including financial services, health and public service, high technology and analytics.

“We have a number of opportunities across our areas of business,” said Quaile, highlighting niche programming skills, general management, analyst openings and even cloud and mobility.

Quaile added the best way candidates can get their voices heard when looking for positions in these areas is to have up-to-date CVs and ensuring they are “calling out the experience and skills that you have in the area.”
