Career Zoo reveals final line-up for #CareerZoo10

9 Sep 2015

The final line-up for Career Zoo 10 was revealed today (9 September), with the involvement of major companies like EMC, Kerry, Fenergo, Zalando and Uber confirmed for this Saturday’s event.

Career Zoo 10, the 10th incarnation of Ireland’s leading tech recruitment event, will feature almost 100 employers from the tech, biopharma and financial services sectors, as well as an exciting schedule of panel discussions and workshops with leading industry figures.

Commenting today, director of Career Zoo Brian Ó hOisín said: “Not only is this our best line-up ever, but there are also more exiting roles on offer than ever before. Candidates with the right skillset can expect to make truly interesting connections at the event”.

Kerry Group, for example, will have roles on offer across the organisation, in areas such as research and development, customer care and finance.

Fenergo has more than 50 openings for a range of roles. The company, which is a leading provider of client life-cycle management software for the finance sector, is expanding rapidly, having recently attracted €75m in investment from private equity firms.

A number of other companies taking part in the event, including Pramerica and Zalando, have made significant job announcements this year.

Those involved in Career Zoo’s Speaker Series were also announced today, including Michelle Cullen, head of inclusion and diversity at Accenture Ireland, and Padraic Sheerin, VP data science at Pramerica. Topics discussed will cover fintech, big data, breakthroughs in research and diversity.

The TechBox area will hold talks on radical agility, modelling and high-transaction platforms, development philosophy and building digital platforms for specific industries. Speakers will come from Citi, Ericsson, Guidewire and Ergo.

The line-up is rounded out by a mystery company. At a crucial phase of development, and operating in an extremely competitive market, the company will not be revealing its identity to Career Zoo attendees on the day. The company will have a stand in the BioCluster zone.

Admission to Career Zoo 10 is free. To find out more information, or to register for the event, visit Career Zoo’s website.
