Conference promises positive employment emphasis

A conference taking place on 18 November will put a positive focus on employment in Ireland.

Recruitment 2011, ‘Transformation, Positioning and Sustainability in Recruitment in Ireland 2011 and Beyond will feature a panel of recruitment experts that will provide debates and discuss the challenges ahead for recruitment.  

Delegates will have the opportunity to hear these debates on the positive challenges recruitment faces, according to the organisers.

Expertise and advice

This conference will bring together companies interested in solutions and agencies providing expertise and advice on the transformation within the industry and also offers networking opportunities. There will be a ‘Brief Encounter’ session where pre-arranged meetings can be organised before the event.

Speakers include:
– Jim Power of Friends First: Discussing the crucial role of the recruitment industry in ‘Building and Employment Generating Economy’.
– Gabriel D’Dary of Bord na Mona: ‘A New Contract with Nature – Recruitment as a Key Enabler’.
– Other key panellists include: Anne Heraty, Ann Swain APSCo UK, Patrick Sutton, director Gaiety School of Acting, Mark O’Donnell, director human capital Deloitte, and Tommy Mac Donnell, director of Ogilvy.

The conference takes place on 18 November 2010, Royal College of Physicians, No 6 Kildare Street, Dublin, and costs €235 per person.
