Dublin-headquartered business services firm Softco has revealed it is creating 50 new jobs across its multinational network, as part of the company’s continued expansion in Europe.

Softco is a developer of business process automation, purchase-to-pay, e-healthcare and cloud solutions in Europe and the US. Earlier this month, the company expanded its operations in Ireland, with the opening of a new office in Cork.

According to RTÉ, the 50 new jobs will be across multiple aspects of the business in its cloud, sales and R&D divisions, bringing its total number of jobs created in the last 12 months to 120.

Softco has developed ties with a number of companies based in Ireland, including Argos, Logitech and Bulmers, and has struck a deal with the Finnish government to use its services which concluded with the opening of a new Softco office in the Finnish capital, Helsinki.

Speaking about the new roles within the company, Softco’s chairperson Susan Spence said, “We are delighted with the growing number of new customers implementing our business process automation solutions, both in Ireland and internationally. This is a direct result of delivering real savings and a strong return on investment to our customers.”
