Know your worth with the Robert Walters Salary Checker app

10 May 2012

Professionals can compare their salary globally and locally with the Robert Walters Salary Checker app for iPhone, the first in a range coming from the recruitment consultancy.

The innovative Salary Checker iPhone app is free and gives users easy access to pay rates for contract and permanent professionals at all levels and across multiple industries.

The app automatically recognises the user’s location so all that needs to be submitted is their professional discipline and job title in order to view the current market rate.

With salary data for thousands of roles internationally, users can also view global pay rates, comparing their current salary with equivalents in Asia, America, Europe, the UK and South Africa. They can check how salaries have fluctuated in the past three years and share information they find on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and email.

The app also gives access to content from Robert Walters, such as job market updates and the Robert Walters Global Salary Survey.

This app could help professionals see if they are being paid correctly for their position and is just the first in a range of apps expected from Robert Walters in 2012.
