Working at Aon’s Centre for Innovation and Analytics (video)

11 Nov 2013

In our new series, CEO of the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) Constantin Beier gives us an insight into what it’s like to work for this well-known brand.

The Dublin-based ACIA is currently recruiting for staff to fill its office space on James Joyce Street, with openings for data analysts, business analysts and ETL developers, as well as project managers and other roles.

At just four years old, the ACIA is like a start-up within a larger parent company – and that company is well-known across the world, thanks to its sponsorship of the English Premier League’s Manchester United FC.

The ACIA is the analytics engine of Aon, processing billions of data points and transforming them into usable dashboards, providing clients with deeper insights. As Beier puts it, working with Aon allows you to “experience big data in action”, and the company also provides employees with the opportunity for further training and advancement.

The Look Inside video series offers an insight into our Featured Employers and the types of roles and candidates that companies are looking for.
