Oracle is experiencing exponential growth, and seeks employees who can match that with their own desire for growth, as well as a healthy dose of ambition and belief.
So says Steve Fearon, VP of OD Prime, SaaS Western Europe, who spoke with Siliconrepublic.com recently at the cloud applications and platform services company’s Dublin offices.
“We’re always looking to strengthen our workforce,” said Fearon. “If you share our passion for modern best practice applications, and our passion to help ambitious, growing companies, then come and join [Oracle].”
At Oracle, the onus is on supporting client companies as they come to grips with new technologies, and leverage them to grow and develop their business. According to Fearon, “the advent of [social, mobile, analytical and cloud] means we have to change the way we interact with customers to go and sell and service better”.
As an Oracle employee, helping buyers make a difference within their own organisations is a key part of the job. “We need to be able to help these companies be able to provide that value back into their own organisations,” said Fearon.
And there are plenty of opportunities to do so at the global company. A veritable bonanza saw 450 jobs announced at the Dublin office back in January of this year, and the company continues to grow.
